Shipping & Delivery

📦 Processing & Tracking (aka: getting your goodies ready!)

 

Your order is carefully packed up within 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose—everything gets a little TLC before heading out 🐿️✨

Shipping options:

  • General Shipping (with tracking)

    • Ships in 2–3 business days

    • Includes tracking so you can follow your package’s adventure

  • Standard Shipping (no tracking)

    • Ships in 3–5 business days

    • Sent via stamped mail (no tracking or delivery confirmation)

    • Best for tiny sticker orders!

👉 By choosing Standard Shipping, you understand that tracking isn’t available and I’m unable to track or guarantee delivery for these orders.

Once your package is ready to scamper your way, you’ll get an email with all the details!
To keep things a little greener 🌱, receipts are sent by email only—no extra paper tucked inside.

U.S. orders: typically arrive in 3–10 business days after shipping

These are just estimates—sometimes packages take the scenic route, especially during holidays, weather delays, or postal hiccups.

👉 Material Squirrel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside of my control.

Right now, Material Squirrel ships within the U.S. only.


Shipping rules can get a little nutty 🥜, and since it’s just me running the shop, I’m keeping things manageable for now—thank you for understanding!

❗️ Shipment Issues (uh oh moments)

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, I’ll absolutely help investigate with the carrier 🕵️‍♀️📬
Refunds or replacements are handled case-by-case and aren’t guaranteed.

​

  • You may need to provide photos or additional info

  • Please hang onto all packaging and items just in case

​

👉 Packages may be considered lost if tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period (typically 10–15 days).

​

👉 If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Material Squirrel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office.

📭 Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout—please double check it carefully!

​

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be re-sent, but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost

  • If you notice a mistake, contact me ASAP and I’ll fix it if your order hasn’t shipped yet

​

Once your package is out in the world, I’m not able to make changes.

Returns

🌰 Returns & Exchanges (the tiny shop reality)


Because everything at Material Squirrel is made in small batches (and sometimes by hand!), all sales are final - so I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges.

​

Each item is carefully checked before it heads out, but you might notice small variations—that’s part of the handmade charm! ✨ Colors can also look a little different depending on your screen or between print batches.

📦 Refunds & Oops Moments

If something’s not quite right, I want to help!

  • If your item arrives damaged or goes missing, I’ll work with you and the carrier to figure out next steps

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

👉 If I made a mistake (wrong or missing item), I’ll absolutely make it right and send a replacement your way as quickly as I can 💛

👉 Any issues must be reported within 12 days of delivery so I can best assist you.
